Inventory Not Updating

I am unable to change the in stock quantity for one product, the Animal I Spy quilt.

I recently sold one of these and now have more in stock but if I change the stock number to anything other than 0 the product page still shows the product as out of stock. I tried refreshing the page and inputting several different stock amounts with the same result.
