Hi, I am using the Divi theme throughout the website, but for some reason when I insert the inventory shortcut, it not only messes with the footer, removing the background colour and font sizes etc, it also adds a bunch of info from the car on top of the bottom footer, and this only happens on the page where the shortcode is used, and i’ve tried to go through all the plugins, including disabling and enabling to test it all, but its always just the plugin messing about with Divi.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out,

The link you shared displays the page correctly without overlapping searching element and footer of the site > [screenshot]. Please kindly re-check by deleting your browser cache as well

    Best regards

Hello @juliastylemixthemes @mgordon7 thanks for your reply, if you scroll to the bottom you will see the issue at hand (https://imgur.com/a/kor4foV) I have also checked this issue on 3 seperate browsers, locations and wifi’s, as you can see when you scroll all the way to the bottom, the bottom footer’s text, colour etc is effected for some reason, with the cars description also at the bottom of the screen.

When I move the cars description from description to sellers notes, it stopped displaying that text on the stock page, but the bottom banner still lost its colour.

    Hello @hasanonuk,

We sincerely apologize for the delayed response; due to the holiday season, we couldn’t respond earlier.

We tested the inventory shortcode with the Divi theme and confirmed that the Motors plugin functions correctly. Both the footer and header worked seamlessly with the inventory shortcode – https://share.zight.com/E0uNzXKd

Could you please test the inventory shortcode on a new page by placing it in a code block?

Let us know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance. We’re looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards,
