• Hi,

    Since the update I have had some issues with stock counts not updating once an order is placed.

    I have had to add some code to the new order email to pick up certain customised fields however this should not be linked to the problem. Is that right?

    All settings have not changed and was working prior to the update.

    Any information on what the issue could be or how I can fix this would be greatly appreciated.

    Check the product itself. If its variable, ensure stock management is correctly set per variation.

    Also check new orders are ‘processing’ or ‘complete’ as this is when stock reduction is performed.
