Invisible options on my checkout page/products

    My whole checkout page is blank/invisible. If you highlight the entire page you can see everything properly such as where you fill in your Address, Full Name, and basically all of your checkout information. This is also occurring on some of my products on the shop page and also when you want to click onto the 2nd page of an item, you cannot see the numbers (2,3,4,5..etc). Some will not show the price under them, but when highlighted you can clearly see it. This is making me lose a lot of customers because they simply cannot navigate my website or even checkout properly. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    It looks like the issue is occurring due to the font colors set by the Basel theme. To confirm, please switch your theme to Storefront and view the checkout page.

    Hello @kaavyaiyer you are correct. When I change the theme everything seems to be working properly on the whole website. Do you have any advice on how to fix the Basel theme?

    Hi @jlaprade,

    Have you made any customisations to the Basel theme colour options using the theme options? You can try choosing different colours for your text and buttons under Basel theme options panel.

    As this is a premium theme, I’d suggest you reach out to the Besel support forum as they are better equipped to help you out.
