    When using the form, people complain not to see the text they entered. It seems an intermittent problem, some don’t have this compaint. I use the Enfold theme.

    you need to modify your CSS for that.
    Use a browser inspector to detect the problem and modify via WP backend or via ftp.
    Seems to be in the avia-merged-styles.min.css
