    Hi,

I was interested in purchasing the profile builder so I could create different types of profiles where each one had different information on your page.

However, when trying tester this same in your demo version I had some problems that I could not solve.

    1. I created the roles in question
    2. I added user associated with each role
    3. When viewing the list of users, I only appear. In the User Listing all appear but no associated role.

    You can see here.

As users do not appear in the normal table I also can not edit them and associate a role, is it normal?

One more question, is this plugin compatible with this theme I purchased?

    Thanks,

    Hello @nektarbrand,

    This is not normal.
We have a Multi-Site installation on our demo environment, maybe something is broken at the moment, I’ll check this out.

Users are added inside Dashboard -> Users normally so you can edit them. You can also do the edits from an edit-profile form if you are logged in as an administrator.

Our plugin should work okay with that theme.

If you have more questions about the paid version, please open up a support ticket on our website.

    Regards.

    Thanks for your response.

I do not know if you tried to fix the bug, however I added two more users and one of them appeared in the users table and so I was able to test what I wanted. I hope the emails i add are “unoccupied” and that i can add them to the final version when buy the plugin.

    Thanks.

I don’t know if this helps (either the plugin author or the user who experienced this problem), but this is actually a core WordPress issue: https://core.trac.www.ads-software.com/ticket/36196

Users with no role don’t display in the users table, as they’re essentially not really users at all according to WordPress’s capability management. Whether that’s a user issue (because you intentionally or accidentally didn’t add a role) or a plugin issue (users being created without roles) I can’t and won’t say, but it’s worth being aware of.
