invite-anyone plugin messing up my site

Hi everyone!

I tried uploading the invite-anyone plugin. It blanked out my site. So, I tried deleting it from FTP, and it said “Couldn’t canonicalise: No such file or directory.” In the terminal, I can’t delete the folder because it says that there is “No such file or directory.” Any suggestions for how to get this plugin off of my site?

P.S. I also uploaded the Toksta video chat plugin and it doesn’t appear in my FTP, but it DOES appear in my terminal. Likewise, I get “no such file or directory” when I try to delete the folder in my terminal.
