Invlalid Headers

    Don’t worry about id. Label is the actual label you have to use in the header of your CSV file. Type is the type of input that specific field is. Syntax is how you enter values into that specific position or that specific field.

    Labels will be headers:

    “first input”, “second multiselect”, “third address”

    Syntax is how you place your values relative to the header types above:

    “guy one”, “like books, like planes”, “123 fake st.,appt 3,San Diego,CA,92109,USA”
    “guy two”, “like cars, love girls, like movies”, “445 ash blvd.,,,TX,00011,”

    Send me the data first, also send me a screen shot of the table my plugin shows when you select the form you want to import into (the one with ID, LABEL, TYPE, SYNTAX).
