invoice address not showing

Hi,

I just bought your premium version of this plugin because of the possiblity to work with credit invoices. I just installed it and it seems that only the shipping address is showing and not the invoice address, which is odd. Both addresses are the same so I would expect that the invoice address would show on the invoice.

What am I doing wrong here?
