    Hello,

First of all, I have to say that your plugin is great! I loved it from day zero ??
Although, I have three questions for you in case you are able to answer them for me:
    1) Is there a way to change the name of the invoice to “receipt”?
    2) Is there an automatic way to send the invoice both to the admin and the buyer of a product?
    3) As for the slip is there a way to send it to the vendor’s email (my site is multishop and I am using the WCMP plugin)?

Thank you for your time and I am at your disposal for further clarifications.
    Lina

    Hello @aliaslina,

Here are the answers to your questions:

    1. This is certainly possible with Professional extension:

    2. Yes, is it. Go to WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice, find the Attach to option and select the order status email where you want to attach the invoices. E.g. New order (Admin email) / Order on-hold. Please note this affects the invoice number generation, so if a status is selected too early, and the order is not completed, the invoice number will still be generated. It’s therefore recommended to only generate invoices when the order has been completed or manually.

    3. This feature is only available in Professional extension, but I’m not sure if this option works out-of-the-box with WCMP, but if this plugin stores the vendor’s data in order, it should work. However, you’ll need Premium Templates too in order to display the vendor’s data in your PDF documents (we have a bundle deal if you want both).

    Hope it helps you!

Great!! Everything I needed quickly and plain!

    Thank you so much!

So, one last question: if I proceed with the Professional extension will I be able to send and the credit invoice automatically to the vendor’s email apart from the packing slip file?

    Thank you for your time,
    Lina

    @aliaslina,

Absolutely, the Professional extension allows you to send a notification email to user specified addresses while attaching either of the PDF Invoice, Packing Slip, Proforma Invoice or Credit Note to this email.
