Invoice and transaction don’t sum

    I am creating invoices and test transactions but when relating them it does not perform the calculation to accrue the transactions of the invoiced amount. Watch:

    If I understand your screenshot properly, it looks like a payment is applied, and then not properly reflected in the outstanding amount due, is that correct?

    Can you give us more details about how you’re setting up the invoices and transactions? Are there any custom fields? If so, what are they?

    Oddly enough, I could not reproduce this issue. The invoice calculates the amount correctly for me:

    Could you go to Jetpack CRM > Settings > Transactions. Can you verify that the transaction statuses are included in paid amount via Include these statuses in total value: setting?

    Check if Exitosa is enabled.

    Yes!, Exactly, that’s were the solution, I don’t have enabled this: “transaction statuses are included in paid amount via Include these statuses in total value: setting”
