Invoice Categories and Link broken

We just purchased the Invoices add-on and when I try to access the Invoice status pages (Open, Cancelled, Paid) I’m getting 404’s because it takes me to website.com/?cuar_invoice_status=paid instead of something like website.com/customer-area/invoices/category/open. I’m having the same issue with Projects (takes me to website.com/?cuar_project_status=open).

Additionally, everywhere where Invoices are listed (Dashboard, My Invoices, Invoice list in Project) the invoice cannot be clicked on. If I hover my mouse over it animates and darkens , but there doesn’t seem to be an actual link there.

I’ve tried reverting to the 2015 theme just to make sure there’s not a conflict there. The base functionality of the plugin seems to be working fine.
