Invoice date

Hi,
I met recently a problem, that was the case:
A customer added and order in july but the he did not finalize so the order stayed PENDING or ON HOLD, i did not remember.
In september he finalized the order and payed, so the invoice was generated but the date was JULY ! Is it possible to generate the date of the invoice when the payment is accepted instead ?

The Simple template displays the order date by default, but not the invoice date, you need to enable it under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice, like below:
