Invoice Format in Outlook thick-client vs Gmail (web-based) client

All WooCommerce generate emails sent to my Gmail are rendering as expected, I’m using Apple’s default email client.

I get the same thing: Looks great in an email thick-client but if you were to view same email from a web-based client the formatting is not acceptable. I’m using latest version of Chrome on Windows 10 machine.

Have you tried switching to the default Storefront theme?

If that doesn’t help, please attach a copy of your site’s system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Aside from updating WooCommerce and WordPress, things look healthy so far. You can check this guide on how to update WooCommerce properly.

Since the email appears to work properly in email clients, it’s possible that the issue may be related to your browser. Have you tried to access the email using Firefox or Safari?

Additionally, please disable all extensions in Google Chrome and clear your browser’s cache to see if that resolves the issue.

It’s definitely not just me. Sorry, I should have mentioned that earlier. Do you think we could arrange you to make a test payment to see what I’m referring too? I could put site in test mode to process a test payment so you can see for yourself. thatsgame1 at gmail dot com

Sorry to hear that the issue persists.

You can allow the BACS payment method on your site, https://woocommerce.com/document/bacs/ and provide us a product link, that way we can test the behavior once we get the order emails.

Once your WordPress version is updated, can you please check if the issue persists?

Can you switch the site theme temporarily to Storefront, and then disable all plugins except WooCommerce? At this point, please create a test order to see if the issue persists. If not, it means a conflict was affecting the site, and you can then switch back your theme to the original one, and then reactivate the rest of the plugins (checking again after each plugin reactivation), until you find the culprit. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

WooCommerce updated, enabled BACS, and here is a product.

I have tried using that theme but have not tried while also disabling all the plugins. I can try that soon. Will also update WordPress verison.

Much like @babylon1999 , I am unable to reproduce this issue on my end, as the emails received are formatted correctly.

It’s possible that this may be the cause of the Mail Beam plugin, can you try temporarily disabling this and see if this resolves the issue?

You can try temporarily using an alternative SMTP provider and see if this helps. The support guide below provides some suggested providers:

YOU NAILED IT! I deactivated Mail Beam. Then installed and configured WP Mail SMTP Lite with SendinBlue and it works very nicely now.
