    Hello, by mistake I bought the plugin again, dated February 8th. Can you please cancel this transaction with ID 16858?

    It was a mistake when I tried to update the billing information of my previous purchase.

    On the other hand, last week, I sent an email but I have not received a reply yet.

    The issue is that I had already made a purchase with ID 16697.

    Please, I kindly ask if you can send me the invoice with the following information:
