• Hello! I have installed your plugin on my platform to generate automatic invoices.
I have two types of product: 1 with recurring payment and another with 0 euros (free).
I have marked the box that comes in the plugin so that invoices are not generated in free products, but nevertheless, the system generates the invoices both in the products that had already been sold and in the new products that are sold at cost 0

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi! The plugin does not look at individual products, but at the total of the order. If the order total is 0, it will not send the invoice as an attachment. However, the button to create the invoice will still be visible in the admin – this does not mean a PDF invoice was generated.

I have done the tests only with the free product. Not only do we send the customer the invoice by email as an attachment, but also generate invoices with sequential numbers to orders sold at cost 0 previously. All can be accessed from WooCommerce> Products by clicking on the invoice icon. In this way, when a real sale is made with cost, the invoice number that is assigned is not the one that corresponds, because it has assigned the numbering that corresponded to the previous cost invoices.

    Hello Juanma Aranda,
I’m not sure I understand – are you saying all is fixed now?
Just to re-iterate, when you click on the invoice icon, it will generate an invoice regardless of the setting.
