Invoice is created and attached to email even if the order is cancelled

Hello,
after the updating of the 2.4.6 – April 29, 2016: —Fixed: Invoice not attached to email
Now, when I place an order and I pay with PayPal but I cancel it before I do the payment on PayPal screen and I return to my store, two things happen:
—The invoice is generated anyway, and it adds the counting (this invoice mustn’t to exists in any way).
—The invoice is attached to the notification cancelled order email to the admin.In the same way, when I place an order and I successful pay and the order remains as on Processing (I complete them manually from the admin), and even if I set up that the invoice has to be generated only on Complete, the invoice is generated anyway.
How can I fix that ? This happen after the updating of the 2.4.6 – April 29, 2016. Before then it went ok.
