    Greetings!

The plugin works really nicely, but I’ve hit a snag.

The plugin automatically generates an invoice for a new order, but the invoice isn’t being attached to the new order email, despite the checkbox being checked.

The invoice is being attached to the customer invoice email, set from the dropdown menu, but I have to send it manually.

I’d be very grateful for any help ??

    Thank you.

Thanks! Will look into the New Order thing.
You mean you don’t want to let the plugin send it automatically or the plugin doesn’t send the email?

Hi, Bas. Thanks for getting back to me.

I want the plugin to automatically attach the invoice to the new order email.

I only mentioned the invoice being attached to the customer invoice email to let you know that part of the plugin is working ??

    Cheers!

I’m having exactly the same issue as above.

The invoice is automatically attached to the admin new order email, but not to the customer invoice email at first, only if you manually resend the email.

    Thanks,
    Kelly

    Hello again.

I think I might have got the wrong end of the stick and confused the new order email (admin) with the order confirmation email (customer).

What I’d like to happen is have the invoice attach to the order confirmation email which is sent to the user following their purchase.

We take a lot of cheque payments, so having the invoice attach to the first email a customer receives would save a lot of manual button clicking.

Is it possible you could add this functionality to the plugin, Bas? That would be T for tremendous!

    Cheers ??

I think what you need to do is to select the ‘Customer Processing Order’ email. This is the first email that got sent to the customer.

@kellypl: Correct me if I am wrong but for as I know the ‘Customer Invoice’ email can only be sent manually by WooCommerce. Please attach it to the ‘Customer Completed Order’ email if you want to let the plugin sent it automatically.

    Bas, you’re spot on!

My apologies. The WooCommerce email settings are a tad vague, but I understand what’s going on now.

Thank you for your time and help, it’s much appreciated ??

    Thank you Bas!
