Invoice Number still to 1

Hi,
I need to get my bills from the past year out. For about 3000 Orders, as much to say that by hand, I do not really want.
So I took the Pro license this morning.

I checked that no order has an invoice already edited, I deleted those that were.

When I try to export with the Bulk export my orders for the month of May 2020 for example, I can see the number of PDF exported at the top, but in my zip I only have one file. The last order of the month. Worse if I look at my orders they all have the same invoice number, in the format PM-2020-00001.

So I tried to do an edit via the order page, by the Bulk Actions, I only get one PDF with all the orders in it, same problem, they all have the same number.

I also tried “by hand” a command by a command via the action button. Same problem.

I am a little lost.
I am not new to PHP (11 years of dev) so maybe you can help or point me.
