Invoice number skipping

    Hi,

    I installed this plugin for a client 3 weeks ago and so far he has had no complaints until today where he noticed an issue with invoice numbers. The invoice number is generated when the order is marked as complete. He noticed that the invoice number skipped 12 numbers between consecutive orders. I searched the support forum and could not find any similar issues. Any help would greatly appreciated.

    Hi @conors37,

    The plugin code checks for each number and assigns the next number in the series accordingly and as such there is no chance to skip numbers in between.

    Can you please use the search box in the orders page and look up the missing number? Also, share a screenshot of your invoice number settings via this link here.

    I uploaded a screenshot of my invoice number settings to the link you provided. I tried searching the missing invoice numbers but it returned no results. When I use the search box on the order page to search invoice numbers it doesn’t return any results for invoice numbers that exist either.
