    Hi, very much like your plugin and am still exploring.

    I would like to remove the invoice number(s) from Invoices (the Order Number suffices), because of confusion. However, no matter what I do, even setting the option to display to NO, the Invoice number continues to appear on invoices and seems arbitrary.

    A second (related) strange issue is that the Billing and Invoice address can be successfully set for the Packing Slip but not for the Invoice. I make the same settings but it doesn’t work.

    It seems that changes I make to the Invoice template are sometimes ignored, while those I make to the Packing Slip work perfectly.

    Hello @patboran

    Are you making the changes after generated the invoice document? Can you try enabled “Test mode” under the General tab and open the invoice and see if the changes took effect?

    Many thanks for the very speedy response!

    I did as you suggested and set the plugin to ‘Test mode’ and indeed any invoices output now do remove the Invoice Number (which is what I wanted to do) and add, where relevant, a separate Shipping Address.

    If I wish to keep these settings, do I just leave the plugin in test mode or should I leave test mode, confident that the settings will apply to all new orders (just now the existing ones?)

    Many thanks. I don’t really need the extras that come with the premium version of the plugin, but I will look into buying it to support you, especially as the formatting of your invoices is so much better than other plugins I’ve tried.

    Glad it worked!

    You should only keep the “Test mode” enabled until you have all the current generated invoices updated, after that you can disable because when you generate a new one it will have already the new settings.
