Invoice Payments

My client it looking to setup a page that would allow her clients to submit payments for invoices received from an outside system (like QuickBooks). The payment gateway is via Sage Payments. Is this something that can be accomplished with your plugin and/or in conjunction with an additional third-party plugin?
