Invoice PDFs not showing product variations

    I am a Booster Plus subscriber.

    My PDF invoices are suddenly not printing variation selections for all of my products, only about half of them. I’ve compared the settings on product listings that are printing out correctly on invoices, verses product listings that are only printing the product title and not the selected variation. I also looked at the PDF Invoicing settings for Booster Plus. I can’t seem to figure out why only some of my customer’s selected product variations are showing up on PDF invoices.

    I have 80 invoices to print today, and if I have to manually look at the details of every order and hand-write in variations on the printed invoice, it’s going to take me 5 times as long.

    I am also having this issue with variations not printing on packing slips. Commenting & subscribing so I can follow along for the solution.

    Hi,

    Please try adding add_variation_info_to_item_name="yes" attribute to the [wcj_order_items_table] shortcode, something like this:

    [wcj_order_items_table table_class="pdf_invoice_items_table"
	add_variation_info_to_item_name="yes"
	columns="item_quantity|item_name"
	columns_titles="Qty|Item"
	columns_styles="width:25%;|width:75%;"]
