• Since I have already sent this company multiple requests for an invoice I am required to hand out to my Scholar Administration Manager (with some specificities) on my purchase of their products, and since they (Rich Web) promised it would take 2 to 3 working days, I finally decided to post it here, hoping that perhaps through this page they would finally answer… apart from the fact they haven’t still answer my question regarding their tech support.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well and invoice questions.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
