The generated invoice does not get the taxes. It outputs 0,00 €. See screenshot below.

    Thanks for your plugin!

Notice: in the language of the invoice (Spanish), the text is: incluye 0,00 € IVA.

What do you see in the WooCommerce email? For the free version (Simple Template) the totals in the WooCommerce emails should be the same.

Do you use WPML or Polylang? (since you mention ‘in the language of the invoice (Spanish)’)

The emails seem correct. It says: 64,95€ (incluye 9,54€ IVA) –see screenshot below–

I do not use Polylang or WPML yet. I guess Woocommerce is translated into Spanish.

Thanks for your plugin and trying to help! ??

Very strange! The thing is, the free version totals come from woocommerce itself… I haven’t had any other reports like this either.
Do you use any plugins for taxes?

No, we don’t. However the following one seems to interact with taxes somehow: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-pay-for-payment/screenshots/

    Thanks!

Can you test without this plugin to see if that fixes this? I have received other reports in the past of issues with this plugin, so that’s not a good sign.

I have disabled it. The same problem occurs.

Procedure I have followed: I have disabled the plugin, I have downloaded the invoice, I have enabled the plugin back.

Hi! You should place a new test order with that plugin disabled, then create the invoice. Have you done that?

    Thread Starter chelder86

    (@gmh2000)

No, I did not. I followed the following procedure: I disabled the plugin, I downloaded the invoice, I enabled the plugin back.

Now, I have placed a new test order with the plugin disabled. IT HAS WORKED PERFECTLY WITH THAT PLUGIN DISABLED.

Unfortunately I need that plugin to add the cash on delivery extra price ??

Maybe do you know some alternative plugin or you know some way to fix the incompatibility? :/

Thanks for your awesome support! ??

Unfortunately not. This one seems to be actively developed but doesn’t support taxes on the extra fees. This one seems to have issues with taxes too. You could try the paid one from WooCommerce if all else fails.

I haven’t worked with any of these plugins myself.

The following one worked perfectly: https://es.www.ads-software.com/plugins/checkout-fees-for-woocommerce/

Thank you very much. I’m impressed by your support – willing to help! ??
