• Resolved matty_dubs

I’ve followed the pinned posts, lots of memory available, error reporting on, etc.

I’ve freshly installed, using the default / built-in template, setup with wizard. When I open an invoice it opens a blank page with just a “0”.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello @andreporteira & @matty_dubs

Can you show me your current System Configuration under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Status > System Configuration?

It’s not easy to post here as a table but the main gist is that everything is green, except for allow_url_fopen which is orange, BUT, I’ve enabled allow_url_fopen and tried it and it still didn’t work (I have it disabled by default server-wide).

    Hi @matty_dubs

Could you please check under WooCommerce > Status > Logs if you see any related error?

Unfortunately not, just some debug outputs from Stripe.

I’m not sure what happened as I haven’t touched the site other than to send the log data, but the invoice is now working!

It starts to work now! Thanks!
