invoices are not sent automatically

    Dear support,
    Customers no longer automatically receive confirmation emails and invoices. Which was previously the case. I have now installed a wp smtp mail plugin and authorized it via google. So sending emails manually is fine. How can I fix this now? Sincerely, Otto Muller

    Hi @metmuller

    Can you confirm that your are attaching the invoice document to the order complete status?

    Go to WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice an make sure your selection within the ‘Attach to’ option is set to ‘Completed order’.

    Yes the documents option is enabled

    Hi @metmuller

    If you’re saying that customers no longer receiving confirmation emails that’s because something happen in your new email configuration. Our plugin don’t send emails, only attach invoices to emails.

    I can manually send the invoices. So then the configuration should be fine. I think.

    Can you install this plugin and see the logs? https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-logging/

    If the emails are being generated your SMTP server could be blocking them for some reason.

    I have ordered another product in test mode via the webshop. No confirmation will be sent. Then sent manually and it will arrive. The log shows that it has been sent and received.
