Invoices exports / reports containing invoice number

    Hello,

    thanks for the plugin it works great!

    However our accountant needs to get sales reports for booking purposes and automation in the way that he has in one (CSV) with each line containing following values: invoice number, invoice date, total price, price without VAT, VAT standard, VAT reduced.

    I’ve searched through many reporting and export modules and all seems to be connected to order number not the invoice number. Also none of the reports was able to show multiple VAT levels separately in columns.

    1. Is there any existing plugin or way how to achieve this?
    2. If we need to develop it custom, are there any suggestion where it should be binded (ie. extending the PDF invoices plugin etc)?

  • What you want/need has very little to do with this plugin, you should be looking to woocommerce for that, their are probably several VAT reporting plugins for it, i’m sure woothemes even sell one.

    this plugins stores very little data, and what it does is just metadata added to the woocommerce orders. e.g.

    ‘_bewpi_formatted_invoice_number’ = XXX-0001-2016 etc..
    ‘_bewpi_invoice_number’ = 1
    ‘_bewpi_invoice_year’ = 2016
    ‘_bewpi_invoice_date’ = 20-08-2016

    you just want the first and last, plus all the other data stored in the order.. id look for a woocommerce reporting plugin that lets you add custom meta fields, job done.

    @guid33 – did you find a solution for this? I am also interested in how to export the invoice data (invoice number, date and total amount).

    Try this plugin from Algol Plus: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-order-export-lite/

    You can use custom fields to include in your export:
    “Setup fields”, press “Add field”, select custom field in dropdown , type name and press “Confirm”
