iOS 15 Mail and macOS Monterey Mail not getting embedded images

    I have configured the plugin for Bluehost with port 587 and TLS and everything works fine EXCEPT and emails from the website sent when opened by any Apple user on iOS 15 or macOS Monterey will not show embedded images at all. I’ve been to level 4 Apple Support and been on with Bluehost support. They’re now telling me it is WP Mail SMTP plugin. I’m desperate as my clients are all upgrading to iOS 15 and when they open order confirmation emails etc. NONE of the images are opening. Yes I’ve toggled Private Relay and all the other security settings and the images will not appear. I’ve been through forums and several tiers of support with no dice.

    Hi @hollettster,

    Thanks for reaching out! Could you please try following this thread on the Apple forum and see if that helps.

    Most probably you may have to enable the option “Load remote content in messages”.
