I’ve just noticed a discrepancy with order numbers in the Woocommerce iOS app that feels like a bug to me. For example, as I type this, the “My store” tab for “Today” shows 8 orders, but in the “Orders” tab, I count 9 orders. I’ve tripled-checked it, and there’s a clear discrepancy (it also shows 9 orders on the website). It’s not a huge issue, but significant of a bug that may have wider implications. My guess is that it’s either a timezone discrepancy between the two views, or a similar DST offset issue (more likely). In other words, it’s as if it’s counting the first order just after midnight as belonging to yesterday, but hard to verify since I can’t look at “Yesterday” in the app. I’ll have to check the numbers tomorrow, but if my theory is correct, the problem will only appear if I receive any orders between midnight and 1am.

Thank you for sharing the system status report with us!

I have checked a few things on my end, and nothing stands out to me so far.

Woo mobile app relies on XML-RPC service, and your site has this enabled and seems to be functioning fine.

I checked Jetpack debug and all is good; there is no sync discrepancies between database and Jetpack. (Note the app relies on Jetpack connection)

Could you please reach out to us from the mobile app directly about this issue? You can do so by navigating to: Setting > Contact Support — when contacting, please refer to this thread.

For the time being, could you try logging out of the mobile app and logging back in to see if that helps?
