    also this appears to be just on iPad – iPhone is ok.

    Same issue. Running the Alora theme on WP 4.2.4. Parallax scrolling works great on dekstop/laptop browsers, but not on non-desktop browsers, such as iPad or mobile (Samsung running on Android).

    Scrolling is not supported on mobile browser. There are mobile options to display just the image, just the content or none.
