IOS Safari – Credit Card Fields not displaying

    iPhone 11
    iOS 15.1

    When checking out on safari, credit card fields are not available.

    It just states Use a new payment method

    Works fine on Chrome

    Hey there!

    I just responded to your review as well, but this kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.     Ok we are using the same theme as before, the only thing that we have changed is we have updated the stripe plugin and use the new layout.

    We use WP Rocket, so I am not sure if it is a caching issue.

    It’s possible that the issue is caused by a cache issue. When I check your site out using my iPhone 13 with iOS 15.1.1, I see those fields with no issue in Safari: https://d.pr/i/Ff0zaS
