    Hi @infosocail

I hope you are doing well.

I could replicate the problem on your lab site but when I simulated a similar form in my lab site it worked well.

Could you export the form https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export and share using pastebin.com?

    Best Regards
    Patrick Freitas

Also i tried another form with just the slider and it didnt work aswell.

However when i try a random range slider from the internet: https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_js_rangeslider.asp and put in the html/js it works fine. So its not really on our end.

    Hi @infosocail,

Hope this message finds you well.

Thanks for sharing your form, I could import it on my end, and after performing a couple of tests on Chrome and Safari, in an iPhone 11 + iOS 17.5 I was not able to reproduce the issue, the sliders do as expected.

However, I performed some extra tests on your site, and I noticed the slider does work, but it takes a while to respond, I can’t confirm but it might be related to this error on your site:

    https://prnt.sc/2IDJRfKfnbZ3

There is a slider that is returning an error, it might be breaking the Forminator slider on iOs, could you temporarily remove it and see if the issue persists? If still persists you might need to perform a conflict test, kindly follow the instructions from our guide on this link https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test.

    Let us know the results.

    Best regards,
    Laura

So we identified the root cause. Its seems there is a conflict with WP Bakery page builder and your slider. We tested a clean WP without any plugins and the slider worked fine there. However when we turn on WP Bakery page builder. The mobile slider no longer works. Is there something we can override with JS to make it work?

    Hi @infosocail,

    Thanks for the information.

I did test your form on my test site using WP Bakery Version 7.6, but I was not able to replicate the issue, the slider works just fine, and we didn’t get any report about this either.

In such case, could you please provide us with .zip file of the WPBakery you are using + the theme, so we can test this further on our end?

Please upload that file to any file sharing service like GDrive or Dropbox and send us the download link to this email address: [email protected]

    Hi @infosocail

We didn’t hear back from you for quite some time already so I’m marking this as resolved for now.
