IP address blocked after moving site

I purchased the extended plugin and it was working great! However, I switched hosting providers and it took us forever to figure out what was blocking my IP and preventing me from accessing my WordPress Dashboard. I figured it out after deactivating plugins and activating them one by one. Without being able to use the plugin to get into settings, what can I do? And if nothing, can I please get a refund? I only upgraded to use it with Ultimate Member forms. Thank you!
