Ip Address not showing

  • Hello

    I have installed the plugin and it is showing login times of users but no IP Addresses.

    In the settings i have selected both

    Record user’s IP Address

    Enable “All Login Records”
    any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Nat,

    I’ve just tested this and it’s working as intended, the IP address is recorded as expected.

    Would you mind telling me what PHP version you are using and if you are using the default WordPress login page or logging in via a widget or plugin?

    thank you for your reply.
    PHP Version 7.4.29

    we are using ultimate member i believe as the login page but even when i login via the /wp-admin link the ip address is not showing
    It does however log when the user has logged in (Last Login) just no IP Address

    I have just updated to PHP version 8.0.18 and still no ip addresses ??
