• I am working on my companies website and was working from home. I forgot my password and limit login attempts has locked my IP address out. I looked at the documentation of the plugin and tried whitelisting my account and IP address, but it’s still not working.

    Any ideas?

    Hi richienl,

    Have you removed your IP from the list of locked ones as well? Also please make sure the site sees your IP correctly – a number of factors might change it, like using proxy/CloudFlare/etc.
