IP Address Whitelist not working

  • We have added 3 of our IPs and the whitelistening feature doesn’t allow us to see the site for some of them.

    One ip do work: it has this format 000.00.000.000

    The other two IPs do not work, they have this format:

    0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000

    Is because they are dynamic IPs or something?

    Please help.
