IP Addresses, Cookies, and WordPress question

  • I have a www.ads-software.com site . . . If I do not use any WordPress.com plugins such as JetPack, Akismet, etc., would WordPress.com store any other information on my site such as IP Addresses, etc., set cookies … or other log or stat data?

    No, WordPress.COM would not. You would need to use either Jetpack or Akismet for that to happen.
