    Hi there

I’ve installed this just now and ran straight into something buggy.

I skipped the auto-setup and then went to the firewall > IP banning.

There I wanted to add my current IP6 and IP4 IP’s to the Allowlist.

I cannot save more than one address. They are on separate lines as it says to do. And when it fails to save, it wipes out the whole field, losing all entries.

This is on WP 6.1.1 on IIS.

This is the error alert displayed when I save two sample ip’s I’ve just made up:

Invalid IP addresses detected. Please fix the following errors:
    234.245.214.234 234.245.214.235?– invalid format

Install the plugin, go and insert 2 addresses and save. That should make it happen.

    Regards
    Rob

    Hi @robaxxx

The fix wasn’t yet released, indeed, and that’s due to the fact that – as it turned out – what appeared to be a simple fix, required also some other changes to the plugin to avoid various side-effects and, more importantly, compatibility with other fixes and improvements.

The fix is being tested currently and is scheduled to be included in 4.1.0 release.

Note please: I’m aware that with current version being 3.12.0 only, it looks like it’s far away but we don’t go through “all the version numbers” usually with releases. I don’t have the ETA but the major release of 4.0 is expected soon and 4.1 will be shortly after that.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
