IP Anti Fraud does not work

Yes, I’m working on this website too.
It’s regarding this website: https://cyclespace.nl/mayor/ if someone vote’s, you can just vote another time by using a different browser. Users don’t need to register.

I found the problem just need some time to think for a fix.

The only way to fix this is by making the votes from the not registered users unchangeable.This means if a user likes a post and he is logged off ,he cannot click the like button again and take his vote back.There is not another way around.

Delete your current rating system plugin.And go to Plugions->Upload and choose the zip file.
