IP automatically added to whitelist

I just noticed that theres an IP added in the Allowlisted IP addresses section. This is the IP – 141.94.254.72.
And when I did a whois check it gives the result as

Is this added by Wordfence as I didnt add any IPs. Please clarify, hope I am not in any IP bot attack.
