IP blacklist questions

    Hi, This might not be serious but I wanted to ask you about it. I’ve had an successful IP log in from 45.35.194.248?(?add to blacklists?)
    Hostname : unassigned.psychz.net
    Owner : AS40676

    I don’t recognize it, so I added it to the blacklist. When I did, I was denied access to my site. So, I removed it from the blacklist, and then the IP had a successful login. (My hosting provider is NameCheap)This concerns me deeply. Can you tell me what it means?

    Hello @frenchgen.

    Is IP 45.35.194.248 your IP from which you access the Internet?

    If yes, then by adding it to the blacklists, you have banned access to the site from this IP. When you removed it from the blacklists, access is possible again.

    Is there anything left unclear to you?
