IP Block for Contact Form 7 ? (IPv4)

We’ve had lots of spams via Contact Form 7 form.
Can we add blocked IP addresses (IPv4) for Contact Form 7?
I tried to add WP-Ban, but it didn’t work: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-ban/
