You can check the error on https://free-islamic-course.org/wp-login

    Hi apkajanu,

Most likely your “tablet” users are connected to the Internet via a single public IP and some of them got locked out.

Please go to Dashboard > Locked IP Addresses and remove any locked IP addresses from the list.

No, I didnt mean that. Any tablet user can see the above error message pre login. Whenever someone open the login page on their tablets they see that error message. What you were saying can happened after a user logged in but in my case they see the message before they have logged in.

Hi, I can confirm that it does not happen in mobile phones. I just tested your login URL above in my Android phone without an issue. Unfortunately I don’t have a tablet ;(

    Hi apkajanu,

This is really strange, because the error message you mention is only displayed by function that runs on user authentification, ie. after login form is submitted.

Are there any entries in the list of locked IP addresses? Have you emptied it as I suggested?

    Hi Chesio,
Yes I have done everything but still on tablets the error message is showing. You can check the url https://free-islamic-course.org/wp-login on your tablet if you wish.

    Hi apkajanu,

I’m sorry, but I cannot reproduce this issue on my tablet.

Any chance that your tablet users are all coming from a single IP address? This way, if one of them triggers lock out, all of them are blocked, because lock out is tied to an IP address.

If this is not the case, then I’m out of ideas what could be source of the problem :/
