IP blocked by real-time IP blocklist

    There is traffic coming from a known source that is getting blocked with a 403.

    I’ve searched “the “Blocking” for blocks with matching IP address or matching User Agent or Hostname but the user does not appear to exist in the blocks so I don’t know how to unblock it

    Council Bluffs, Iowa, United States was blocked by real-time IP blocklist at https://www.domain.com/wp-json/wc/v3/products

    Where are the blocks for “blocked by real-time IP blocklist” so I can manage them

    Anything “blocked by real-time IP blocklist” is a reference to Wordfence Premium, which due to www.ads-software.com rules can’t be discussed here on the free forums. You’re welcome to open a support ticket at?https://support.wordfence.com?that your license gives you access to. Just paste the same content as above in your ticket as you’ve included plenty of detail.

    You can also access premium support via the Help menu item in the plugin, Help link on the plugin’s Dashboard page, on our documentation homepage or via the HELP link in the footer of all wordfence.com pages.
