    Hi, have you enabled Login Whitelist found under Brute Force tab?

    No I haven’t but i guess this option is use to prevent from login by certain IPs, isnt it? I want my users to be logged in which works on laptops and computer but not on ipods. Any further advice?

    users who are using my website on Ipod have a message of IP blocked on the login screen before they even log in

    What is the exact wording of the message?

    I want my users to be logged in which works on laptops and computer but not on ipods

    This plugin does not have any feature which blocks according to device type. It will however block based in IP address if you are using one of the applicable features.

    The white list feature will only allow the IP address(es) which have been specified in the settings to access the login page and it will block every other IP address from getting access to the login page.
