IP blocker creating huge error log

Doesn’t seem anyone is offering support for this anymore, but just to say our installation is creating a huge error log because every day it is creating faults many times.
Each line says:
WordPress database error Table ‘*****_*****.wp_2_lionscripts_ip_address_blocker’ doesn’t exist for query SELECT * FROM wp_2_lionscripts_ip_address_blocker made by require(‘wp-blog-header.php’), require_once(‘wp-load.php’), require_once(‘wp-config.php’), require_once(‘wp-settings.php’), include_once(‘/plugins/ip-address-blocker/ip-address-blocker.php’), require(‘/plugins/ip-address-blocker/plg.settings.php’), lionscripts_plg_wib->check_blocked_ip, lionscripts_plg_wib->get_all_blocked_ips, lionscripts_plg_wib->prepare_all_blocked_ips
So presumably this software isn’t currently working or should I just re-install?
