Ip blocking wp-admin

  • For four days I can not visualize, manage, or enter cpanel on my pc. However, I can see anywhere, without any problem. I suspect a hack my ip, since let user to Admin.

    How to solve this problem? Obviously has to be unlocked the ip from another location, but how?

    And enter from another ip and delete admin as an administrator, another user placing
