IP does not resolve on AWS beanstalk behind cloudflare

    Thank you for showing interest in our plugin.

    When you say not properly resolving IP addresses, you mean it is only showing the IP address of Cloudfare or something similar? By any chance did you enable the “firewall / proxy” options in the plugin as explained in WP Security Audit Log automatically retrieves end user IP?

    Hi!
    Yes I have enabled proxy options in plugin settings and have tried all 3 option settings (Option 1,Option 2,Option 1+2) just to be sure,
    It’s returning an internal IP address which I believe is for the load balancer in my AWS beanstalk configuration.

    Sorry for the delay in replying.

    How possible would it be to get in touch with us via email ([email protected]) so we can troubleshoot this further? Unfortunately we never had the possibility to test such setup and would appreciate if we can work out something together so we test it.
