IP not blocked

  • Yesterday I added a new IP to the permanent blocking list. This morning have have 4 Increased Attack Rate emails that that IP was blocked. The total block count across the emails was 589 but the firewall block table shows 450. Why would that count be different?

    Hi @andrewm57, thanks for your question.

    Do you have any screenshots of the totals you mention above? Images can now be included with forum posts, or with a service like Snipboard. I just want to confirm the counts and what information the plugin is providing in relation to them compared to the email(s) just in case timescale or other factors are a cause for the differences.

    Here’s the count portion plus one line of the IP block from 3 sequential emails on 8/7, and the WF block table screenshot. FYI I manually added the IP block on 8/2. The emails total 589, the table shows 450.
